It's pretty sure that you have already seen this bag, in all kinds of colours and textures,rocking the blogsphere and you have heard all the enthousiastic reviews for Phoebe Philo, the designer of this French luxury brand. 
We spotted this woman on a snowy Monday morning strolling down the streets and she was so super-sweet and friendly when we asked her for a quick snap. Her radiant smile tells it all. Bag aside, I am captured by her blue maxi skirt in the middle of the winter. I have to admit that Munich will never fail to excite us!

Take Me To The Finish Line

This is  the second time we shoot an assistant from POOL for the blog, but who can blame us? This store is a fashion-utopia-come-true kind of thing and has the most well-dressed assistants&costumers! Some months ago, we went with Nick to take a look at the clothes there and we instantly felt like babies who are having a suger-rush and are obssesing over candies! If you ever happen to be in Munich do pay a visit to this store; it's a must-see for every fashion lover.

 Lately we have been bumping into this Balenciaga bag a lot! But why not? This desing has become -fair and square-a classic piece. This time it was matched to waxed skinny leather pants of a bold colour and a black coat. As if the studds on the boots were not enough, here come the ridiculously perfect studded gloves and a pink ribbon wrapt around the wrist. Why do I feel that the romance of Valentino's latest collection is in the air?

Independent Women

A good day starts with a good morning,right ?Well if so, then a good shooting day starts with a streetstyle like this!It's the first streetstyle we shot on Saturday morning and it was proof that the streets would be on fire that day!And they were, indeed. I was captivated by the purple fur combined with the red Balenciaga of this lady and without thinking I asked for a quick photo.We also shot a picture with her friend, whose silver outwear is so futuristic!

The Golden days

Today was our blogger meet-up Number two.Do you remember Sylvia from last week?Well,Munich is full of fashion bloggers after all and it’s so exciting to get to meet at least some of them! Today we met with Luisa from style-roulette.We took some pictures of her outfit and had the chance to talk a bit about blogging and fashion weeks. I find the jean shirt under her golden knit so genius and the colour of her pants make her stand out from the rest. I hope we will have the chance to meet up again, this time for a bit longer.

Kiss me through the phone

Last week, I felt so lucky to be living in Munich.There are so many people out there who own a great personal style and don't dress up like the majority does.We got so inspired by the looks we shot last week and so our goal from now on will be exactly this.Shooting people who are different,in a way.This outfit for example, is so unexpected, because it is her very own personal style.All this great mix of bright colours although it being winter is breathtaking!Both the pants and the bag give a friendly feeling to this look. Sweet and Sour

Well in our case it is super-sweet!The sweetest person we shooted so far! We had the chance to talk a little bit after the shoot and her mom was also sweet and funny.Needless to say that she was impecably dressed as well and the fashion DNA is in her cells too! Like mother, like daughter this sweet girl  caught our eye while walking the Maximillian strasse.It was really cold that day, but she was fearless to say no to the coat and layer two (or is it three?) cardigans instead in order to stay warm. Fur on the inside and Isabel Marant on the outside,matched with black leather pants and a Prada bag for a Saturday morning? Yes please! I'll take two, to go.

I Am Back In The Fire

So let us get this straight to you: Yes,this streetstyle was shot in Munich!Not New York or London, but Munich Streetstyle looks like this make us so grateful for starting this blog and put a smile on our face.This coat, with the fur on the sleeve-endings and collar, is something so unexpected.You won't see many coats like this one the streets like the parka-frenzy. Yet again, many accessories on a look won't make it more fashionable. Just the right amount of them, like the silver bag, and you have it!

With Every Word Whispered

As promised, here is the extension of yesterday's post with the lovely friend of Sylvia. We had the chance to take a walk in the Residenz gardens and talk. She's such a sweetheart and a down-to-earth girl.I'm so glad I met her! Her outfit was stunning that day! Un Pue d'air sur terre

Two words.Isabel Marant. Will I ever get over the blazers from the Fall 2009 RTW collection, escpecially the one walked by Snejana Onopka? The answer is a huge NO and I blame the incredible mix of elegant and casual of them. The collections that followed proved that this type of blazer is more of "a state of blazers" than just another trend on the streets. So when I saw a similar blazer on the girl on the left, I couldn't miss the chance to ask her where she got it (Zara you are a life-saver!) and of course photograph her for the blog. If not her, who else?!  Her friend is also very sophisticated dressed. I love that the collar of her shirt is showing over and under her sweater. It's this layering effect I haven't seen much around lately. And let's be honest, isn't her hair just adorable?

Last Saturday was a huge hit with Nick. The streets were on fire and we shot so many amazing looks. This one is among the greatest! I really like the round cut of the coat in the front and you may find the color of it very common, but I bet it's not often that you see it worn with a scarf of this kind of green! And what's with the sleeves under the coat that are rolled up? I think this move is genious!

Every Second Is A Highlight

If you have been sticking around Munichstreetstyle for a while, you have definitely noticed that I have a huge crush for fur.Well, this winter the fur coats replaced the parkas of last year and the streets, in Germany and Greece at least, are full of them !Let me say though ladies,that this fur is the epitome of all the ones I've witnessed so far! Fur aside, I never thought a hat could ever be so chic or that an outfit like this would look even better with the rock-chic studds on the shoes. This look could definitely walk the Parisan streets through fashion week and be a show-stopper!

Into the groove

Hello from Munich.Electra finally got back from Thessaloniki and today it was our very first shooting for this year.It went well although it was very cold and windy.This is one of the first outfit we shot.What do you think of it ? I think it's great.Especially the print jacket and the boots.

Louis Vuitton X Wang

Here's our first streetstyle post of the year!Excited much?Oh well, we are! And we would be even more, if the weather was good enough to go shooting today and post some fresh streetstyle looks. We shot this one back in December. This duo is so excentric, how could it possibly not catch our eye? We are maybe not huge fans of the black sneakers, but the leo-prints and the scarf are what captured us. I couldn't help but notice the studs under the bag. So Alexander Wang, I know!! I used to have a huge carsh on the rocco duffel bag some years ago. Now my heart belongs to the PS1 ;)

On the Street

I bought my camera Nikon d3100 a couple of months ago and I am still trying to learn how to get the best quality in my photographs.A friend of mine told me how to shoot while people walk.The previous quality of detail photos wasn't that much clear.Today though the pictures are much better.Don't you think ?

Who said that the movies don’t affect fashion? Since Twilight was out the hairstyle a la Robert Pattinson has gone wild on the streets. And I don’t blame the guys! It makes them look so hot (Nick this goes to you too ;)   Some good looks and a great sense of style will do the trick. Tip from us: be careful how you match those shoes. Follow our example and you are bound to have the best outcome!
