When you see someone with such a noticable style and personality carrying a camera the first thing that comes to your mind is that he/she has to be a blogger. And my guessing was right! She is the lovely owner of MUCstyle.com , a blog from where you can draw perfect inspiration for fashion-forward looks with edgy glamour. For this look she picked leopard skinnies with Star-Treck silver shoes and layered her crisp white shirt with a  powder-puff pink sweater. Spring is on its way people and I can't wait to shoot all the mints and pastels on the the streets. Let the show begin!

Another Day in Paradise

When the sun is shining and we go for shooting we literally don't know who to shoot first. Munich is on fire and its streetstyle can definitely compete any other fashion capital's. Just take a look at this very one we shot last Friday and repeat after me: Munich is amazing, indeed! If you take a closer look at the maxi skirt you will realize that it is made of mixed matirials and more specifically out of leather and see-through fabric.You should have dedinitely seen it flowing, while this striking brunette was walking! The big theme of the look though is the accessories. Heavy and perfect.I have never seen a bigger stone on a ring before or a chandelier nekclace this beautiful. Do I need to say anything about the bag? Balenciaga is a superhero. Ka-Pow!

Marry The Night

I remember the frenzy on the streets when Louis Vuitton released this bag. It must have been 2009 and it was written indelibly on my memory along with  this Giambattista Valli gown of FW 2008 RTW collection. The popping colours of the bag are a real magnet, but for me the essence of the look is the inside of the jacket covered in leather. It folds so gently in the front revealing its inner beauty ,but with the zipper and the round studds it is strong at the same time. Moving on, from her vibrant smile and her killer looks you can assume this girl has a story to tell. Turns our she is also a blogger from  LaPetiteOlga , a blog that can become a real addiction! Do It Like A Dude

The parka frenzy is still going hard-core on the streets and I bet it will still do , as long as Altuzarra keeps surprising us with new versions of it in his collections. Khaki starts to get a little bit boring, everyone is doing it. But what about black? I like that she chose hers without any fancy seams, pockets or belts.It's the most minimalistic parka, but yet with volume and a crazy hood. It lets your eyes fall on her perfect figure, her beautiful studded bag and her Prada gloves, that give an unexpected polished kick to the whole hard-to-get look. No need to add that the Pilot Raybans instantly give you the extra cool point.Without any crotch grabing she definitely does it like a dude.And we are loving it!

Do It For The Thrill

Our "style-hunting" on Saturday was a crazy mix of No-thank-yous and super-friendly people willing to give us more than just one picture of them. Lucky for us though, this couple belonged to the friendly ones and along with the streetstyle look we got to shoot some details as well. It's the first time we shoot a look with a vintage feeling, normally we go for the bomber ones. I'm so in love with their glasses, it's exactly what we were telling you about on a previous post. They Wayfarers will always be my crush,although they will never look good on my face, but the woman with the round version put me into thinking, that maybe , now that the 70's start to hit back, round is the new square. Thumbs up for their perfect coats that , along with their glasses, testify what Nick said after the shooting :" This is the perfect couple" . Indeed !

Orange

If Fashion was like Twitter,the orange colour would be trending.Some might say that this colour is mainly for warm seasons,but that stereotype is no longer active since Burberry Prorsum Fall 2011 RTW show.

I think this siren Trim Coat is adorable and it has both sublte and bold details that make it stand out from all the rest.

Parachutes

 I am so happy that the weather gets better day by day. Lately,we had problems when shooting because of the freezze.Today though,people in Munich were back on less warmer clothes.We shot great outfits and this one is the proof. The woman is a model and was super-friendly with us.She even gave us her email so we contact her for a fancy model-agency event taking place here in Munich.You can bet how excited we are.

When it comes to her outfit,what can I say ? Models have definitely a great sence of style.The platforms are amazing ,so is the fur-collar which gives such a class.Can't wait to show the rest streetstyles we shot!

Electra and I were recently discussing about what makes someone so stylish.We ended up with the result that there are some special pieces that automaticly give you the S Faxtor."Like these round glasses",Electra said.If you ask me,the jacket is what caught my attention. It's so sophisticated that it holds your interest.And after seeing the leather gloves,I regret not buying some similar ones I saw on sales last week.

Walking Gladiator

Someone  once told me that in the streetstyle pictures,people should pose neutral ,so the clothes get all the attention.Seeing the picture I realized that ,indeed,the clothes are somehow more noticable.We love the military details and the coat in general. It has the balmain/burberry effect on it.Wow!

Colour Blocking

Sometimes I tend to categorize the looks we shoot on the streets depending on the city I would most likely see them. So far we have posted a New York look and a Paris one and here comes the Stockholm look, as I would like to call this one. I've seen streetstyle shots from the streets during Stockholm fashion week on many blogs and they are all full of colours. This one definitely belongs with them!I mean even her lipstick is a bright pink! I love her vibe.

Shine Like The Brightest Star

When everyone was wearing the warmest clothes and most practical shoes today to survive this never-ending cold weather, she was wearing frindged wedge-boots à la Isabel Marant and shined in her silver skinnies.Being polished to perfection she wore a fur and held a drop-dead Gucci bag. Later she introduced herself to us as Noura. She's the manager of EGBstyle and judging by her looks I bet her shop in Munich is a pure paradise. She's a stunner, I let the haters rise!

Fair Consumerism

 

People in Germany love Dolce&Gabbana.Reasonable.

How can someone not love Dolce&Gabbana ? Both Menswear&Womenswear are one of the most anticipated Milan Fashion Week's collections.In my opinion,the two designers of the brand are extremely creative and smart.Every show turns out to be wonderfully unexpected.Their designs speak for themselves. The bad news is that the young&casual line D&G is about to close after this year's summer.The reason is to devote more on the other line,which is Dolce & Gabbana.We're definitely sad.The Good news, though, is that the S/S 12 collection is more beautiful than words can describe.Oh God, I can't wait to get my hands on these very last pieces.

I have to admit that I am amazed at how Germany can combine it all. Berlin is the capital city, but it's not the only city in Germany that is full of life.There are plenty of other cities that are not only full of Museums (Pergamum Museum in Berlin), Landscapes (Neu Schwanstein Schloss in Algäu) and beautiful Parks(Englischer Garten in Munich), but also great shopping (Maximillianstrasse), breathtaking skyscrapers  (Frankfurt,Bonn) and great clubbing in all cities. Do You Gossip?

We have photographed so many furs for this blog,indeed. But how could we not, since it's a piece to invest in and it will keep you warm and polished to perfection through this cold cold winter. The tricky part of this garment is that it has volume, which you have to channel smartly. It is best to wear with slick skinnies to show you bodyline and avoid looking like a sack(pardon me for the expression!) Now for this look,who wouldnt fall for this Chloé bag? I definitely did,after seeing Katie Holmes holding it (along with Suri of course!)

When The Sun Goes Down

They say that the fashion barometer of this spring will be, apart from the pastels, the seductive layering of see-through fabrics, pleats and bra tops. But with the siberic cold happening right outside our door we all prefer to stay warm in our lovely furs, faux or not. This week we think it's time to ditch the furs in earthy tones and go for something bolder with dark red and burgundy. Leather pants are our hero piece  also for this look and will once again finish the look greatly.

3 Month Recup

Due to our 3 month anniversary we decided to do a small recup of the looks we shot so far and stole our hearts and minds. The Feeling That Yesterday Has Gone

Sometimes just a detail picture can be more inspiring than a whole look. As much as I love trench coats, I would never dare to wear one during this freazing cold. I wouldn't mind an alternative of it though, like this coat,which has exactly what makes a trench coat perfect. Τhe belt, the seams and the buttons on the shoulders and the back are some details that define a good winter trench coat and differentiate it from a modest one. The speepskin parts here and there give the perfect winter touch and make it so desirable.
