 In every beginning of a season we become fixated on finding the next big thing in hairstyles. Since Spring has began for quite a while now, it's our time to pick a fresh way to wear our hair.Polished ponytails and side braids will always be on the record, but how often is it that you cross by a  partly shaved head? I'm not sure if I would ever go this far with my hairstyle, if you think that it took me 5 years to decide wether I should have a fringe (I still haven't), but for the braver ones this look might be the one to make them make the final desicion. It's rough, but perfect!

Last Saturday we spotted another Celiné bag in Maximilianstreet.Probably the readers that are not from Munich will be thinking what the hell is this Maximilianstreet, that we have been constantly mumbling about.So,let's take all our readers around the world in a mini tour downtown Munich.Maximilianstreet is one of the most popular streets in Munich as it is the street where all the high-fashion stores are.If you can afford the chilly prices you won't be disappointed at all.We usually shoot there, because we get to shoot mostly designer clothes,bags and shoes and the people there never quite fail to impress us in the best of ways.

When we saw this woman walking down the streets our first thought was "so Solange Knowles".Most of you already know Beyonce's younger sister but for those who don't,Solange is a fashionista described by 80s inspiration and an alternative personal style.If you visit her blog Mydamnblog you will see many similarities between the two ladys.I don't know if it's the printed trousers ,the round sunnies or the  ribbon on the hair but it is definitely noticeable in a good way.What I also love is the shoes, which give a great attitude in the whole attitude.Bravo for keeping it real!

Isabel Marant Sneakers

It's official: These High fashion Isabel Marant wedge sneakers -monochromatic or multi-coloured- are taking the streets by storm and are the new streetstyle staple! To our sartorial satisfaction, she paired them with a basic white shirt and leggings and threw over the most show-stopping fur of all. No wonder, that she is also working for mytheresa, along with our girl from the Fashion Journalism post. Easy and breezy , she left us speechless.

Apart from the native folks that we manage to photograph, our weekly "cast" includes also carefree tourists that we spot mostly while they are shopping. We always get captured by the asian girls, as they all have the warmest smiles of all, the sweetness of a little girl and the most enviable clothes and accessories. 

We are not quite sure if the beloved-but-forgotten trend of the tailor stripes is  back, but she deffinitely pull all the right strings to make this shirt work with the rest of the outfit. The Oldies-but-goodies stripes give a perfect structure to the shirt as it goes bell-like below the waist(is there a hint of Burberry F/W 2012?)  Blending youthful and luxurious elements (I mean have a look at her bag!No words!) asian girls are the Ones We Love!

Munich is just the right amount of big; not too big to turn chaotic,but also not to small and so we get to photograph new people every time.It's funny how Nick has such a good memory and remembers all the faces we have shot, where, when, what they were wearing at that time, etc. I was amazed when her spotted this stunner near Marienplatz and he remembered she was our beloved girl from the Undisclosed Desires post. This time she was not so heavily dressed, but I bet she likes to play with fur in her outfits. Of course the Hermes bag is still there, proudly possessed and hold!

The Look : Lace Shorts

As promised, here is the complete look of yesterday's detail post. Although, the lace shorts are the main theme of the look, I think the cardigan still has something to say and contributes to the beauty of the outfit. The bag is also a great pick, black leather and chains with an outter pocket covered in different material (you can get a better look at the detail post below). At the height of 1.80(and more!) and her perfect proportions she could deffinitely strom the runways!

Lace Shorts

This is a quick post with the detail of tomorrow's outfit. I have been obsessed with lace shorts for quite a while now, but never actually made up my mind for bying a pair for myself. I always hold them and then at the check out, I chicken out and say I will think about it a bit more and come by tomorrow. Well the thing is that tomorrow, the shorts won't be there waiting for me(obviously!) and I am still empty-handed. Now Zara has brought new desings of lace shorts and now is my lucky time to be a proud owner! I am thinking of going for black, what about you?

Paisley Print

This spring prints have quite a moment.There are floral, micro, animal, hearts, azdeck, mirror... - name it and the designers will give it to you generously.Our favourite? Paisley.It was praised by the last show of D&G, with it covering pretty much all the collection, from dresses to silk blouses and even the wedges. So how could H&M resist this hippie essence and not move on and have a say in this trend?This spring we fall in love with the intricate paisley pattern and the vivid motifs and we can't help but enjoy it! 

In other news, while Nick was taking the picture I couldn't help but notice the romantic bow on the girl's wrist. It's a total match with the colour of the dress, but also the perfect accessory to keep a balance. Visit her blog at cafeaudeux.blogspot.de

Wrapped Around My Wrist

Roll up your sleeves people!Now there is one more reason to do so and that is colourful bracellets wrapped around your wrist! When I came back from my trip to Greece I found a little package waiting for me back at home. It was from the lovely fashionnerds , a newly-started label from Hamburg, that with its high-voltage colours and fancy fabrics can win your heart in less than a second! On their online shop  you can find  the epitome of  friendship bracellets : they are hippy, the are indie and fabulous, all perfectly embellished with chains, ballerinas-charms,skulls and touches of fur. The eye-popping colours give a playful look to the whole collection, which reminds us that at the end of the day fashion is fun. And what a better way to celebrate it with fashionnerds?

Masterpiece

Our jaws nearly dropped to the floor when we spotted this iconic trench from Burberry's Spring 2011 RTW collection walking down the Maximillianstrasse last Tuesday. We pinched each other to make sure this was all true and then we followed magnetized to ask for a picture. To tell you the truth, this trench is what got me stuck at Burberry and is the reason why I watch Bailey's show ever since. All the studds on the sleeves and the back are perfectly arranged creating the most stunning vision for the eye, that makes you wanna wear it from sunrise to sundown. I don't think there is much more to say about it; the pictures shall speak for themselves.

Tie-Dyed

If you want to know what the cool crowd is wearing this spring, then this post is ideal for you. When sweet is not your thing, then sharp blazers and the fashion-famous tie-dyed skinnies from Isabel Marant Spring 2012 collection is the perfect choice. At the little chat we had after snapping this picture last Tuesday we found out that the blazer is from Fillipa K and the ballerinas from Chloe. Apart from that, I was happy to see that there is still some layering happening, with a crisp white shirt coming out of the grey sweater and the colour palette is in perfect harmony, although it consists of conflicting colours.
